Participants

The ECMC Bike Run 2010 is a meeting for gay men with leather fetish, which are members or friends of ECMC and their partner organizations. The ECMC Bike Run 2010 is organized and operated by LMC Vienna on a non commercial basis.

Participants have to be male, over 18 and be in possesion of a driving licence for motorcycles, which is valid in Austria at the time of the Bike Run 2010.

Only motorbikers are accredited, with or without pillion (co-driver). Pillions who can not announce a driver for themselves by the registration, can not be accepted (for organisatorial reasons).

Conditions of Participation

Joining of all activities occurs completely at own will and in agreement with the participation conditions of the Bike Run 2010.

Participation occurs on your own risk and responsibility. The participant is fully responsible and accountable for his own vehicle, his drivingstyle and the choice of tours he joins, even though he follows the tourguides. LMC Vienna strictly excludes liability for damages (physical harm and property damage), which occur throughout accidents and ohter events during the ECMC Bike Run 2010.

The driven vehicle must be accredited for use in traffic and has to be safe and roadworthy. The driver commits himself to follow the national regulatios and laws.

For safetyreasons an appropriate and complete clothing (eg. Leather, Gore Tex, Kevlar...) should be worn while riding your bike.

The organisators reserve themself the right to exclude participants from tours of the Bike Run 2010, if security arrangements should not be followed deliberatly and therefore the driver himself and other traffic users could be in danger. In this case no refund of any expences (like registrationfees) will be made.

We recommend comprehensive insurace for all participants. The participants have to take care of their insurance themself. LMC Vienna can not be taken in account for any damages.

In order to support the special atmosphere during the Bike Run 2010 beside the biking tours, suitable fetishorientated clothing (like leather, rubber, skin, worker, uniform, jeans) could be expected.

Any documentary material (movie, video, photo) for commercial purpose is prohibited. For private use, the approval of the organisators should be agreed.

The contract of participation is not valid, until the full paymanet of the registrationfee on the announced bankaccount has been confirmed.

Payments can only be reimbursed, if LMC Vienna has to cancel the participation in case of to many or to few registrations. In the case of to few registrations, the complete Bike Run can be cancelled until 10 days beforhead. A cancelling of the Bike Run might also happen in case of other nondefined and non influenceable reasons. Of course, the registrationsfees will be reimbursed in this case.

If an already confirmed participant has to cancel the participation, this can be made by declaring the full name and Mailadress according to these stated on the registration. The amount reimbursement is dependent on the timepoint, the cancellig is confirmed by LMC Vienna.

In the case of cancelation we will charge the following percentage of the registrationfee, according the the timepoint of cancellation:

If you cancell your participation until the 10th day bevor start of the Bike Run, a substitute participant can be announced. After payment of the registrationfee for this person, you will get your complete fee reimbursed.

We will not hand the name and whereabouts of any participant to third persons, unless this is clearly stated and desired by you.
